Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Lead times depend on stock and machining schedules.
Custom components have quoted lead times confirmed during order acceptance.
2. Delivery
We use trusted UK couriers (DPD, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail) and freight services for international shipments.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Customers will be notified of dispatch details once available.
3. Charges
Delivery costs depend on weight, size, and destination.
They will be itemised on quotations or invoices.
Large or palletised shipments may incur separate freight costs.
4. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
We provide full documentation and HS codes where required.
5. Delays
We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, including courier or supply chain disruptions.
